As always, GG, you get it just right...I know all about that X and Y stuff--A husband and 4 sons makes me an expert...and they will NEVER ask for directions. However, they will ask for FF tips, which I think is akin to asking for directions. Actually, sent one to Seatguru.com today.
Back to the topic: I loved that I could always count on the Redcoats for directions to a gate, a lounge or lost luggage. They were always a welcome presence when I arrived from a distant land.
