Well I feel like an idiot. I guess it's just not offered in my zip code, which is odd. I then checked it for where I'll be living next year (DAB), and even though there isn't a Chase branch for some distance, it's available there. Maybe I'll just go to my local branch and see if they'll sign me up for it on Monday. Thanks for the help, Carl!
