Thanks for the comprehensive reply, hamallu This should benefit everyone here on the EK forum. I just have one small thing to add - special meals with EK are, as a rule, excellent. Some airlines have special meals that are of a much lower quality than standard meals, but this is not the case with EK. An F class Seafood meal will be of the same quality as a regular EK F meal, and will be presented the same way.
