Which Premium Economy to London from N. America?

I did not want to clutter up this thread, which is a compilation of stats & info on various premium economy products available worldwide. In October I will be flying to LHR, by which time I will have requalified as a Plat on CO, so I don't particularly care which alliance I bank miles into (have FF#'s for all three). I also don't care which American city I start out in, as I may either book a cheap connecting itin, or burn miles to get to my starting point. Most of my flying is transat (on CO), and it's damn near impossible to score BusinessFirst upgrades at a decent price these days. For my October trip, I would rather try out the premium economy cabin of another carrier, as my almost monthly transat hops in regular Y are getting a bit tedious.

I'd like to hear from other FTer's who have sampled various E+ products (the more the better) and their impressions of them. The carriers I had in mind were either BA, VS, BMI, SAS or NZ (if Air New Zealand has Pacific Premium Economy on its LAX-LHR flights). Perhaps there are Asian carriers ex-NYC I could take across the pond in premium economy as well? I'm not particularly interested in UA, as I'd like a seat which features a legrest and greater recline. Was also wondering if there are times in the fall/winter when premium economy cabins generally go on sale (or any time of year when they're more likely to be discounted in general) and/or which cities generally have the cheapest transat deals in Premium Eco. Impressions of check-in, lounge access (if any), pre-boarding, onboard service & overall comfort would be much appreciated Thanks in advance for any info y'all can provide.
