I've made the same complaint over and over when I fly to Austin. The last time I was there, the gate agent said they've reduced the mainline flights because HP has decided that they would rather use their mainline jets on routes that they don't have to compete with WN. Great strategy. Use a subpar product with subpar service on routes that you have a strong competitor. Nothing like just handing WN your market share on a silver platter.
