Interesting Quirk on SW Website

This has probably been covered, but just found out if the CC used to pay for travel is in a different name than the traveler, you can't make changes online.

(i.e., used my CC# to pay the security fee on a RR reservation for my son under his RR#. When I tried to make a change online got a message saying the CC# didn't match the traveler name and to call the 800#).

(also used my CC# to pay the security fee on a RR reservation for a friend under MY RR# and when I tried to make a change online got the same message).

I got the job done through the call center, but I really don't like talking to folks with the heavy accents.
