I flew this flight in December last year... and the loading was very light and everyone had a row to themselve, but then July is the mid of the peak tourist/cruise season. I will not count on it... and indeed I will expect a full flight. You can try to get to the airport early and get the exit row.

In terms of service, they has a nice warmed chocolate chip cookie after takeoff and a nice breakfast sandwich prior to landing.

Be warn that Direct TV will not work till you get into the US airspace. The first three to four hours will have no reception, but you can always buy a movie, which is available.
