I found a MR on ITA and Orbitz that is a lot cheaper than UA.com (surprise). About how long does it take for the Low Fare Guarantee certificate to come after I request it?

I don't want the fare to disappear from Orbitz after the 24 hour period after ticketing is over, because then I'm stuck.
