Im in the TG business class lounge now (near Gate 31)....there is a little sign at the front desk on the first floor of the lounge which states that Bank of Ayudhya Platinum Visa card holders can access the lounge (no guest allowed though).....this is in addition to the Citibank TG Gold Visas and Citibank Platinum Visas (all of the foregoing being issued in Thailand)....they dont accept overseas Visa Platinums (I asked and they said they specifically check whether they are issued in Thailand or not).....
