I guess they could get rid of the 'gimmick' if they charged more for their tickets to cover the additional fuel expense. That would cause me just as much 'discomfort'.
Hey, when its 90 degrees outside, do you leave your car running all day long while you're at work so its nice and cool when you get in to drive home? Or do you save the fuel costs at your own discomfort?
