Would also agree with that. Back in December I had redemption booking, EDI-LHR-DTW that allowed only 75 min transfer. No alternative options showing online but the agent at the Gold desk was incredibly accommodating, even at 36 hours before departure and rebooked me onto a EDI-LHR flight for the previous evening.

Good job too as the original shuttle arrived well after boarding commenced on the connecting flight.
