Made a flight change today...
No problems, and SMS was very helpful.
It was not because of any war fears, or anything like that.

It was reminiscant of the good old days when travel changes did not make you a pariah in DL's eyes. Helpful agent. Flexible in flight choices. Confirmed upgrade. And best of all no $100 change fee!!!

Boy Delta could make some friends if they just kept this in effect.
