Yup, first time penalty box, in my experience with hundreds of landings in MBS. The cause was that the earlier UX flight was still occupying the gate.
One of those flights to remember.
This has become a problem lately... the 3:45 flight (6855) never seems to leave before 5:00... sometimes into 5:30 they should dump that flight and get one with a 7:30-8:30 departure. or something like MBSPREMEXEC suggested in this thread
