1. Etix - Only for members resident in the Middle East. You cannot participate.
2. Fruhjahr - Only for members resident in Austria. You cannot participate.
3. Fly_Away - You received no invitation to participate in this promotion.
4. Avis - We have forwarded your enquiry to Avis. They will advise if you qualify for any bonus.
5. LCY flights - Operated by Cirrus Airlines C9.

Since the introduction of the new Miles & More in August 2004, the Executive Bonus for Senators and Frequent Travellers now only applies to flights operated by Lufthansa, Adria Airways, Air Canada, Air Dolomiti, Air One, the Austrian Airlines Group, Croatia Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Swiss, United Airlines and US Airways. The other Star Alliance Partners no longer offer the Executive Bonus.

The value of the Executive Bonus remains the same at 25% of the status and award miles earned. However, the basis for the calculation has changed. For flights within Europe the Executive Bonus is allocated on top of the fixed mileage rate of the relevant seating class. For intercontinental destinations the bonus is added on top of the distance in miles. The class factor is irrelevant.
