Flying home last night.. I was talking to a Red Coat in ATL. Here is his story. I hope it is true...I know I loved it.
(Disclaimer---I have no idea if it is true or false, but he seemed genuine)
Uncle Leo was flying to DC. Something happened and flight was canceled.
He got of plane and no Red Coats around.
Found supervisor who either did not know his uncle Leo or was pissed enough to say.. "Don't you know that Delta is getting rid of them" Leo went livid
