Don't even bother with Terminal 7 any longer. I tell the parking shuttle guys to drop me off at Continental.
The CO elite line has a Continental branded sign that says something like "Elite Access". Yesterday morning at 6:30am I went into the queue (no one ahead of me), and waited about a minute until the ID checker noticed me and another person standing there. They almost immediately closed off the normal access line to the escalator (which had about 25 people in it), and walked over to us. Once at the top of escalator, there were three security lanes open, and two or three people in each.
The only problem with this T-6 entrance is it is infamous as a "shoe carnival" facility. While there was no one "barking", I've learned to remove any shoes, no matter the construction.
