I understand your displeasure about Delta only using RJs to service OKC, being 6'5" I hate them too. However, saying that you plan file a lawsuit against Delta if you develop a DVT by voluntarily flying on one of their planes is a little silly. I think that by knowingly putting yourself in a situation that increases your risk removes any amount of liability Delta has. They are not forcing you to fly on one of their planes.

It's kinda like people suing McDonald's for their obesity. When is the last time someone forced you to eat a Big Mac? People make choices in life and must take responsibility for them. I understand that Delta may not give you a choice of what kind of aircraft you can fly on out of OKC, but you still have the choice of whether to fly them at all. I hope you can find a safer alternative to travel and drop your pipedreams of filing frivolous lawsuits, which we all end up paying for one way or another.
