I busted my wallet to make extra trips to earn my first ever PM qualification for 2003, fully expecting that all benefits would run though February of the following year, as outlined in the Medallion Benefits Portfolio.
Yes, I recognize that the SkyMiles terms allow DL to make changes at any time. But did you really intend to yank away from us after we have earned it - a particular benefit (such as unlimited upgrades) promised or implied for your best customers through February 2004? If so, that doesn't say much (or perhaps it speaks volumes) about what your best customers should expect from DL in the future.
