Yes, I do ask. As a matter of course these days because of the India call center, I document my phone calls with UA reserv (name of CSA, date, time, call center). I believe those CSA that provide substandard service should be held accountable with a letter to UA, and conversely those CSA that provide commendable service should receive acknowledgment and praise. UA headqurters needs to hear this feedback from its premier members.
The best call centers have been in my opinion HNL, SEA and Detroit. Unfortunately, SEA has closed.
