Another pet peeve I have with HHonors. Mrs. MileKing and I have a mutual fund account. A few weeks ago went online to book an award stay for her for a last minute trip she was taking and found that the award reservation came up in my name. No way to change even though she is on the account too. Had to call to book the award and get cert issued.
