I also have only had great and friendly service with the HNL call center. I mentioned that to the person helping me today, and said something along the lines of "quite a contrast to when I get the India call center." His response to me was, "You must have hit the wrong key. As a 1k, you're suppose to come to us first. If we're busy, we're backed up by Detroit, which is backed up by Chicago. You shouldn't reach India unless you hit the wrong key." I told him I go through all the voice prompts properly, and I've definitely ended up in India a couple times. He kept insisting "You must have hit the wrong key" .......
