Eh, what?
For some time, now I've used eWise account aggregation technology. It allows me to save time as I keep track of my bank accounts, credit cards, loyalty programmes and other online services.
It's free too.
Your account information - passwords, account names, account numbers and aggregated data - is encrypted and stored on your PC. Your private information is never seen by anyone but you.
As a "for instance", for instance, I can log onto the site and within 30 seconds (just timed it) I can see a summary balance for:
- BA Executive Club
- Four Tesco Clubcards
- Two BA Amex cards
- Tesco Finest credit card
- Nationwide credit card (for foreign travel)
- Squaregain self-select ISA (with BA shares for the shareholder discount)
- Starwood Preferred Guests
- Marriott Rewards
- Hilton HHonors
- Hyatt Gold Passport
- InterContinental Priority Club
- Four bank accounts
- Mortgage account
- Three other ISA accounts
Within one click, I can also dive into any one of these accounts, without having to remember ids and passwords (they are encrypted on my PC).
Have a look at
www.ewise.com.au. eWise offers a private and secure summary of your online accounts on a single screen for many of this board's major institutions.
Enjoy!
Note: Other account aggregation solutions are available. eWise provides the back-end technology for first direct, moneynet and egg. The stuff at
www.ewise.com.au is FOC and comes advert-free.
