lost travel voucher :(

Hello everyone!! First time poster here...

On our way back from our honeymoon travel, my husband and I volunteered to give up our SouthWest seats on an overbooked flight.
In total, we both recieved travel vouchers worth over $1000
This was about a week ago...
It looks like upon unpacking I mistakenly threw these vouchers in the trash with some other papers we didn't need.

I have searched high and low and quite certain they have been thrown out.
Am I up the creek without a paddle here?

Sorry if this topic has already been discussed. I did search the subject but could not find info on how Southwest handles this situation...
