I stayed at a Jury's Doyle Inn at Heathrow in late April and only realised later I could have shown my DC card and received 1000 miles.

I have a colour copy of the receipt for my hotel stay (my company needed the original). Can anyone tell me the address I should send a request to have miles credited to?
