One suggestion would be Delta Air Lines Skymiles, but since they're in bankruptcy I don't know if it's such a good idea to accrue miles there. They do have some advantages for you though:

China Southern and China Airlines (Taiwan) are members of the FFP, you can earn miles on both airlines. Not for status though. I believe that non-status miles can also be earned on Malaysia Airlines.

Continental has EVA Air as a partner, but their program is sh!t.

If you're looking for easy status, check out Alitalia, they are very generous with the number of miles they give an short segments and have very reasonable redemption levels. Alitalia says MilleMiglia is "molto piu generoso", and this claim is not without merit.

I've heard Flying Blue is not bad if you tend to fly higher fare tickets. If you fly low fare tickets, the program loses a bit of its appeal because of 25% mileage credit for flights and things like that.
