You are right, of course. I simply wanted to emphasize that the programme lacked of -how to express that?- glamour and fun. It has a flavour of automacity, if I may say. But it does the job- notably with lounge access which is an excellent asset (in spite of these odd and unstable orange Starck seats).
Eurostar does not care much about their Carte Blanche clients; we do not receive that many dedicated offers, e-mails, invitations, etc.
And we do not even have a top-tier elite plus mega platinum titanium club vvip 100k card to dream about!
