Congratulations - this is possibly the top gripe on here I reckon. No booking codes at either booking or in MMB...still
You would have to call up the EC to ask them to look at your booking. Unless you know how much the ticket cost? If so, you can use a pretty easy process of elimination in this case; if it was in the under about 300 quid it'd almost certainly be I class (unless you have some big corporate discounts) like mine and thus leave you SOL.
