Bart mentions that "The line of free speech is crossed..." whenever someone commits an overt act towards the commission of a crime.

This may apply wherever the governmental agency in charge has accountability. In the Lines of Public Example at the TSA-controlled sections of the airports it most definitely does not. In these Constitution-Free Zones (not mine: term stolen from another site, darn it) your free speech can get you cancelled from a flight or placed in the scrutiny of leo's (all legally, but morally reprehensibly) by any screener or airline agent for ANY reason THEY claim is SSI.

Your rights dwindle to None At All the moment you approach these pigpens designed for you, via the collapsed arteries of Implied Consent, Implication of your Terrorism, and Insinuation of Screener Intelligence. You are a legally bound and gagged captive of a treacherous and omnipotent government agency. Of course, you will be told to dance a little bit with your arms flapping and your feet bare until you can prove you are NOT guilty.

The Scanners in question may well be here, taking notes. My God, we pay them enough! Surely they have a funded agenda for boards like these. See, they must contrive that the Pigpen Borders would never, EVER extend outside those of the airport, and into our very homes. Somehow we have to be forced to come to believe that! 'sides, it isn't really wiretapping, or anything.

So, nah. Surely they aren't here. These are, after all, HONORABLE Americans in charge of your life and safety. (Deep sigh of relief appropriate at this point.)
