I agree with the above sentiment. I flew CZ on a group tour... and though I didn't sit in F or C, I was not too impressed by the C configuration. As for the service in Y, it wasn't really all great compared to other international airlines. Don't know how that reflects in the C/F cabin, but I think it may have some co-relation. CI has been better in my experience.
