It looks to me like a current TB member (doc) has missed three consecutive votes (first on April 3rd, second and third on May 5th). According to the TB guidelines, this is grounds for dismissal.

Is there an effort underway to replace this member? Did I miss the announcement of his replacement? Or are there extenuating circumstances?
