My flights ticketed within the last week or so - some three months after booking. DC called me to to advise of a (minor) schedule change and I said "have these ticketed yet"? And she said no, they weren't confirmed due to the schedule change, but she'll confirm them now and send them to be done. And done they were.

Which makes me thing - maybe they routinely wait until the summer / winter schedule for the relevant period has been announced before ticketing?
