I'm not an expert here, but I am guessing "no." Port-of-entry searches require no warrants or probable cause, and they can be as intrusive as the CBP officers deem necessary. The government is supposed to be neutral where privileged information is concerned, and the keeper of the privileged information has no option to refuse its inspection, so the privilege is arguably still protected.
