yes very busy, and quite a hike to immigration then customs, comfortable shoes a good idea.
However i find it really helps, if you are flying C or F to use the coupon for the arrivals lounge upstairs in the arrivals hall -- take a right turn after coming thru the doors, past the cash machines, elevator is on the right -- breakfast sort of and a shower make the day a little better
