Flew in 3A the other week. The way they are staggered, I could only see the feet of Mrs. 4E by just glancing sideways, and I had to move forward past the 'shell' bit of my seat and then look around to see her face (no, it wasn't worth it, but I'm sure she'd say the same ). Not good for chats (well, not without pissing off the rest of the cabin I think!). I would suggest 4A would actually be better...or perhaps even 5AEF would be best (so you're right at the back and can chat more discreetly behind everyone else who is off in their own blissful little F world).

Though I still think 1A is King...how about you 'accidentally' leave a printed copy of Smirnoff's 'Seat Shifters' thread at home for her to read beforehand and then say 'Sorry, it must have been those cursed BA Seat Shifters' once you've hussled everyone in to the CR?
