It looks like row 17 is now the bulkhead for the cabin. I could not tell how much room the exit row had.

I think they did add seat power to the new 17 H/J.

This does make it easier for Y passengers to use the J Lav. My plane had a hand written sign telling coach passengers to go to the back of the plane.
