ok, yes that's fine. I am not saying that you should have gotten up mid-flight, but what I am trying to say is that you can't expect the food to always be as good as that one EK flight that you took.
I agree, however, there should be some kind of constancy concerning the service an airline provides to its returning customers. When the experience is different every time the guest is on board, he or she will most likely switch to a different carrier instead.ī
Iīve never been in F on EK, so I canīt comment on the service, but the last flight I took in J class was way above average (no comment on the mediocre seating though).
