I'll change my reply - the OP said they had removed the divider: my guess is, there would be somewhat increased pitch for row 20, as they are exit row seats, but still limited recline and thinner seat pads, and now no tiny screen in the divider ahead of you. 21 is still the Gold (or Platinum) standard.
