DEN, a UA hub, has a Wolfgang Puck smoking bar upstairs.
The smoking bar isn't actually at the Wolfgang Puck Cafe, however adjacent to it is a bar which allows smoking. A minimum of one beverage must be purchased if you enter to smoke. Sodas and/or juices are $2.00 IIRC.
