It got something to do with NW being in BK. I was too curious about this so I called GA when I tried to book a couple of awards tickets in conjunction to a set of NW tickets and apparently NW failed to pay GA for whatever they owed them and GA froze up all the incoming inquiries until all previous accounts settled. It seemed to me that now it's back to normal.

I know NW had some acct payable problems during the first few months after filing BK.
