Does anyone know how the transportation will be like? Will they have airport express trains to connect to the skytrain or Underground?

I personally love Changi, SIN. It's so close & easy to get into town to crap some food and back. I managed before with a 2 hrs connection. It would be great if the new BKK airport has a better system than the current one. (Always stuck in traffic arr. on TG917 on a fri. I hate it)
