Just my two cents here, but as a couple of posts have already mentioned, MKE seems to be the model of how security should be run. They seem to be very efficient without having to resort to any type of harrassment tactics. The agents I have had contact with are always friendly but efficient. There are a lot of airports that could learn something from the TSA at MKE.
