Well, Congratulations Pucci my dear!

I really can't believe one of our own colleagues (admittedly from another airline) would act so outrageously or make life so difficult for fellowe cabin crew!

I am fiercely proud of the way BA bends over backwards to help airline colleagues - especially when sub-load staff are stuck down-route and trying to get home!

Not a lot of our customers would realise this, but our Flying Crews are entitled to Club Class travel when positioning, yet regularly opt to occupy the hard "jump seats" in the Flight deck to let stranded staff (who are not allowed Flight Deck access) get home.

I should, at this point, stress that it is severely frowned upon in this industry (whatever airline you work for) to be late back from holiday for duty because you haven't been able to get on fully laden flights!

Our cabin crews will often agree to give up their hard-earned "rest seats" for staff and (to my eternal gratitude coming back from Abu Dhabi) even the tip up galley jump seats, providing you stay out of the way when they are working!

My wife's airline, on the other hand, will not lift a finger to help staff!

I'm sure Pucci has always co-operated fully to get staff home, whether our own, Virgin Airlines or other carriers' staff, and it makes me immensely proud! This is why it's like a blow to the stomach to hear of some "Witch" acting in this manner!

Pucci, I'm proud of the way you and your guys and gals handled the situation!
