Blackberry Replacement

So, I have a blackberry 7100, but I'm not overly keen on the keyboard and find it too big to use as a mobile, so I have a separate mobile phone.

However, i've been seeing a flood of devices onto the market, with windows mobile, GPS, bluetooth, GPRS etc etc all bundled in, which is great

However, I'm tied to our company having a BES and therefore need something that would be compatible with that to replace my crackberry.

What's the best option out there? My preferences would be to run windows mobile, GPS and bluetooth, along with a QWERTY keyboard...the co I work for is also tied to vodafone in the UK if that makes any difference?!

Any advice welcome !

Thanks,
