If TSA agents, reservation agents, hotel desk clerks, etc. are threatened with infractions for every little slip up then they will be quite unforgiving when it comes to customer service.
How many times do we read about someone slipping a gun through carry-on security and then some TSA agent is suspended because the shadow didn't look like a gun to him?
Question of the day. Do car rental agents have quotas on how much collision coverage etc. they convince cutomers to buy?
