I think that this thread is quite often in the first page within SQ forum, so if every circle member remembers to update his status there should be no problems.

You could just edit the first post to ask people to let you know their expiration dates. After some time, people would catch on. You're right that requalification date alone is not enough information unless someone explicitly states whether or not it was an early requalification.
It really looks like the reality is that about 20% are not updating their entries for whatever reason. Over time, this will become a worsening problem. I suggest nipping it in the bud, so to speak.
For example, my entry could be: zvezda -- through April 2007
Then if April 2007 comes and I haven't let you know, you could PM me and ask whether or not I requalified.
