Most likelly only if you have a branded card, at least I have VISA PLATINUM from Glitnir Bank and that gives me access to Icelandairs Business Class lounge, but only that one, no other lounges anywhere in the world.

The *G is much better, can even lounge hop all day if you have nothing better to do at big airports
