I just flew back from SFO tonight and while I didnt get to experience the new boarding process there, I did get a chance to see it in action while doing the long walk down from the end of the D concourse in SEA to the airport exit. The carpets remind me of CO's Elite Access and the signs are, well, quite tall! I saw several flights in booking stages and was really impressed, looks like less hovering and craziness around the gate.
