Y Class Menus

I've really been enjoying the Let's Eat threads and wondered if we could start one for Y Class menus. It's a while since I've flown United in Coach/Economy (2001 in fact) and back then they gave out menu cards. So my first question is: do they still do this? If so, would you like to share some of the menus you've got hidden away? Here are two from May 2001.

Sydney-Los Angeles

Dinner
Baby shrimp and pasta salad with carrots
Garden fresh salad with dressing of the day

Chicken Parmesan with basil marinara sauce ++ Fettucine Alfredo pie and green beans OR
Grilled Steak with black pepper sauce ++ Mashed potatoes, peas and corn

Lemon Tart

A snack will be served between the two main meals.

Breakfast

Denver-style omelette with potatoes au gratin ++ Tomato mushroom ragout and fresh fruit appetizer OR
Fresh seasonal fruit plate with creamy yoghurt

Los Angeles-Sydney

Dinner

Garden fresh salad with sressing of the day

Salisbury steak with mushoom and onion sauce ++ Garlic mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley OR
Cheese-filled pasta shells ++ Tomato sauce and shredded mozzarella OR
Chilled Chicken Wellington ++ Caesar pasta salad

Eli's Dulce de Leche cheesecake

A snack will be served between the two main meals

Breakfast

Mini Skillet Breakfast - scrambled eggs with paprika sauce and red potatoes, diced bacon, tomato, American cheese and onions OR
Fresh seasonal fruit plate with creamy yoghurt

These were quite decent meals. I wonder if the level of quality has held up since then?
