So far, I know this...

There is the Asuka Lounge, which UA shares with NW and maybe others. It's rated rather generically, which I guess is better than poorly. Some prefer it over the Club ANAs, some prefer Club ANA. I'm started to have better luck searching "Asuka Lounge" on Yahoo, it's leading me back to FT.

Does anyone specifically remember flying out of KIX, in first, and receiving any sort of IFL invitation?
