Thanks for the advice. I ended up choosing Madrid. I'll be there for 5 nights and I'm doing a 2 day stop over in Zurich (flying Swissair). I've always wanted to go to the Prado, and I'm a sucker for Loewe leather goods. Maybe Buenos Aires another time!
